The Varsity Girls’ Basketball team was able to get their first conference victory of the year by defeating Leslie 51 to 29 on the road. The Pilgrims outscored the Blackhawks 17 to 6 in the first quarter and followed it up with a strong second quarter to take a 35 to 11 lead into halftime.

Grace Haley put on an impressive display last week in the two games against Stockbridge and Tri-Unity Christian. Grace averaged 21.0 points and 15.5 rebounds while helping the Pilgrims split a pair of games.
